The French national team has successfully secured their spot in the World Cup under the guidance of Didier Deschamps, for whom this tournament will be the last at the helm of "Les Bleus". Currently, O'Neill's squad looks a bit weakened, while Mbappe, Barcola, Zaire-Emery, Dembele, and company are keen to redeem themselves in front of the fans after the loss to Côte d'Ivoire. The class difference, Northern Ireland's defensive style, and their weakened lineup, along with the "Tricolor's" home advantage, suggest a comfortable win for the favorites, who have historically prevailed in such matchups twice out of three encounters. The visitors don't boast high scores in away games - 0-2 against Italy, 0-1 against Slovakia, 1-3 against Germany, and a 1-1 draw with Wales in the spring. Just 2 goals in their last 4 away matches speak to Northern Ireland's lackluster attack, further weakened in this encounter with a powerhouse opponent.
