Personal Data Processing Policy

1. General provisions

1. This Personal Data Processing Policy (the "Policy") has been prepared in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated 27 July 2006 and defines the procedure for processing personal data of visitors and users of the website https://betzona.ru.
2. The personal data operator is Aleksey Olegovich Krivykh (the "Operator").
3. Requests regarding personal data processing may be sent to admin@betzona.ru.
4. This Policy applies to all information received by the Operator when users access the Betzona website, its mobile and web interfaces, feedback forms, personal account, contests, notifications and other website services.

2. Key terms

1. Personal data means any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable website user.
2. User means a website visitor, registered user or another person using the website services.
3. Personal data processing means any action with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, storage, updating, use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction.

The Operator does not ask the User to publish special categories of personal data, including health information, political opinions, religious beliefs, intimate life information, or biometric personal data. If the User independently publishes such information in open website forms, the User bears the risk of its disclosure.

4. Purposes of personal data processing

1. Registration, authorization, access recovery and account management.
2. Providing access to website services: predictions, ratings, comments, contests, toto pools, duels, subscriptions, favorites, personal account and other Betzona features.
3. Publishing and moderating user content, processing complaints, tickets, requests and support messages.
4. Sending technical, service, informational and, where there is an appropriate legal basis, advertising notifications.
5. Accruing points, maintaining ratings, running contests, accounting for prizes, payouts and related operations.
6. Ensuring website security, preventing fraud, spam, abuse, violations of website rules, detecting duplicate accounts and protecting the rights of Users and the Operator.
7. Analyzing website operation and improving the interface, content, speed, stability, quality of materials and advertising placements.
8. Complying with legal requirements, responding to requests from authorized bodies and protecting rights in disputes.

5. Legal grounds for processing

1. The Operator processes personal data on the basis of the User's consent expressed when completing and submitting website forms, registering, logging in through external services, configuring notifications, uploading content or using website functions.
2. Processing may also be carried out to perform the user agreement, website rules, the Operator's obligations to the User, legal requirements, and to protect the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator and Users.
3. By using the website with cookies and JavaScript enabled, the User agrees to the processing of technical and depersonalized data required for website operation, analytics, security and service improvement.

6. Collection, storage and transfer of data

1. Data is collected when the User fills in forms, uses the website, logs in through external services, and automatically through website technical tools and analytics systems.
2. The Operator takes necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful access, alteration, disclosure, blocking, copying, distribution and destruction.

3. The User may withdraw consent to personal data processing or request account deletion by sending a request to admin@betzona.ru marked "Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing" or "Account deletion".
4. After account deletion, data may be deleted, depersonalized or stored for the period necessary to comply with the law, prevent abuse, confirm operations, protect rights and preserve the integrity of public website materials.

8. Cookies and analytics

1. The website uses required cookies for authorization, security, session storage, CSRF protection, language, settings and correct interface operation.
2. The website may use analytics and advertising tools, including Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. These tools help analyze traffic, referral sources, User behavior, content effectiveness and advertising placements.

11. Final provisions

1. The Operator may update this Policy when the website, data categories, processing purposes, legal requirements or services used by the website change.
2. A new version of the Policy takes effect from the moment it is published on the website, unless otherwise stated in that version.
